They have took 4 to 5 interview rounds in one month. After that they was discussed about salary and join dates. After I confirmed they have not proceed any formalities not even send offer letter. Worst experience for hiring process. Very bad experience in my carrier. Totally waste of time and interview traveling money.

Awards and recognition policy need to implement Incentives should be implement to back end process like CSA. And also Backup required ( required more employees, so that if any one in leave the work should not pending)

Connectwell need to stop discrimination in backend sales or mentally pressurised to employes that was a bad point of connectwell and management is also supporting to him/her who is responsible to all bad points.
