Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing is there to learn.. No one had proper knowledge.. Even Coo also if u face any problems he won't help he will second FM there to out of country if u face any major issue.. CEO tat too he is speech less.. Need to keep jcb to open his mouth.. This was at the work culture is..

Employees are treated very well, good work culture. Management support the employee decision. Good company policy like Leave, reimbursement, health insurance policy etc

As it's start up job security is not predictable.
