Being setup and run by industry veterans with experience of more than 7 decades in top semiconductor companies, it is a great place to work. Being a startup, the jobs are challenging and diversified in nature, which to me is a way to explore your own capabilities, shortcomings ,interest areas and expertise.

Dislikes

It is a self sustained start-up and like every start-up there is a risk associated. Risk of " shutting down business ", not losing the job. The two cofounders are perhaps the most honest, credible and trustworthy people i have ever seen in my career. One gets ample amount of opportunities to work and prove oneself, it is like saying - once you get in, you would virtually never be asked to leave unless and untill u do something horribly wrong,broke some law etc. But again,they will let you in only if you are an honest,credible,trustworthy and smart. they can adjust with a person low on skill but high in attitude, behavior and character but not with a person with characteristics opposite to these.
