Work pressure is more. Senior manger/lead engineer behaviour is not good. initial training is less but you have to work on project whatever assigned to you. you will shift to another department based on work load and its your responsibility to work on project without training how you will perform on the job. you will be asked to extend you shift in order to deliver the job. Not proper parameter to evaluate the performance of employee and even provide every less salary w.r.t amount of work they charge.

Work Pressure is more, Senior Manager/ Lead Engineer behaviour is not good. Initial training is less but you have to work on project whatever assigned to you. It's your responsibility without training how you will perform on the job but no body will help you. Daily working Hour in San Diego is 12-14Hrs no Overtime will provided after 8 hrs.

Internal politics is very good here. Once in 2 months, they celebrate FUN Friday just as a formality to show in the Yammer (Corporate Social Media), See we are so a good team. The manager who is always in a bad mood throughout the year (365 or 366 x 24 x 7) will definitely CHEER like a baby on that day.

They don't give appraisals. First, they create mental pressure on the employee who is working on a higher package so that he resigns & then they again hire someone who is ready to work at a lower wage. That's how things work here.

Not a single thing which you can like, every one in my team is not looking for new opportunities and no growth and no future security is there present in company.

...ing, they don’t have a good culture only thing they required from you is work. They reduce there salary whenever thelike. Also stoped giving promotions. I wasted 3 years of my life and I don’t recommend anyone to join this shit organization.
