The only thing that a fresher can lke in congruex is the salary

No work life balance you have to extend your shift 2-3 hours daily with out any compensation. There is nothing to learn in this company just a terible company its my suggestion for freshers(Except from Civil Engineering background) if you are from ECE,EE, ME and other branches here you will find your education is useless the work given to you is just a joke with your life. Congruex also have signed a legel bond with Amdocs that you can't join Amdocs if you are a congruex employee. Its my request to all who are reading this review please don't waste your time for this company its better that you can wait for other company or try to get placed in other company but if you wan't a bright future don't come here. you will regreat. but if you are a money minded peron than you can join. No work satisfaction in congruex a day will come where you realize that i have joined a wrong company so its better to learn new technologies instead of joining congruex.

Not a single thing which you can like, every one in my team is not looking for new opportunities and no growth and no future security is there present in company.

...ing, they don’t have a good culture only thing they required from you is work. They reduce there salary whenever thelike. Also stoped giving promotions. I wasted 3 years of my life and I don’t recommend anyone to join this shit organization.

People are very friendly and you can easily reach out to managers and other higher authorities people.

Salary is low and no appraisal were given to anyone for the performance of year 2022 despite company making huge profits as well as getting new projects.

Well work culture was fine and they don't disturb you after office hrs.

I worked there for 2+ years and my salary was almost same as it was when I started. There was a bit favouritism and there is no job security at all.
