WFH, Nothing is good

They tell you to work for 12 hrs, forcely overtime, no extra pay for working 12hrs in a day, no WFH allowance, no proper training, bad management, they treet human like machine, no work life balance, Badly shift time that affect our helth. Managers are very bad.

Not a single thing which you can like, every one in my team is not looking for new opportunities and no growth and no future security is there present in company.

...ing, they don’t have a good culture only thing they required from you is work. They reduce there salary whenever thelike. Also stoped giving promotions. I wasted 3 years of my life and I don’t recommend anyone to join this shit organization.

People are very friendly and you can easily reach out to managers and other higher authorities people.

Salary is low and no appraisal were given to anyone for the performance of year 2022 despite company making huge profits as well as getting new projects.

Well work culture was fine and they don't disturb you after office hrs.

I worked there for 2+ years and my salary was almost same as it was when I started. There was a bit favouritism and there is no job security at all.
