I must express my concerns about the management of this company. CEO Rafi appears to be heavily influenced by an employee named Fiizul, who, despite being only 25, seems to control many decisions. This undermines the effectiveness of the CEO, who follows Fiizul’s directives without apparent consideration. Additionally, CFO Big Bull shit, who is based in Mumbai, lacks a proper understanding of retail despite his financial background, and frequently interferes in departments outside his expertise. Similarly, Srinath from customer care seems ineffective and operates more as a spy for CFO Anurag rather than contributing constructively.Given my brief 40-day tenure, I observed these issues and attempted to address them, but found no improvement due to the CEO’s lack of effective leadership. I advise investors to reconsider their decision to invest in this company, as the current management structure appears problematic and ineffective.
