Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If you are Relative of Account head & south india and obey him , you feel heaven, if you follow want to do any implement any improvement you will fired. - second things you should be below high school , this company good for you , if you are qualified guy you can not sustain. - You can learn high level of politics in this company very higher level . - all relative of Account head in all departments , 98 % persons from same family. - Account head sons & brother running dummy company in India & they selling double price in this company. - you need to buy most of things from Account heads partners company. - no system " they always say I speak you one year ago " even you joined just one months ago.
