Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of the worst company. They will hire and after getting so much of work they will terminate without giving the salary. Managers doesn't know anything. No training nothing waste fellows. Running company for namesake. Totally horrible

Everything I dislike. Team lead and managers will not behave properly. No proper payroll, Discrimination, Totally unfair and stupid company. I have ever seen. They will not treat the fresher in a kind way looks horrible.
