Nothing great in conga, worst org to work with.

Dislikes

Long working hours.Manager asks to work on every weekend and he enjoys every weekend. He logs and logs out on time and makes you work late nights. Product manager is not clear with requirements . Your lead blame you for everything even when it's her mistake.
