Good work environment and culture. There is a good work life balance. It is good for freshers to start there career on basis of salary

Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow. there will 3 months notice period which you need serve for sure after your probation period

Worst cad supervisor... He dont know how to talk. Basic common sense he lacks.. he will get kicked if he shows same attitude outside the office... Psycho path This one guy spoiled entire company environment.. Poor HR team they don't take any actions even after several complaints put over him .... Country manager backing supervisor.... He is also very cunning guy .... It is very easy to run this business... Due to their inability lack of common sense ruining the company

I don't like any thing here because it is like a school culture and policies also useless and no good hike will give if you work more for company and there is no growth. Waste of time and knowledge to be work here.

I don't like management and they is no equality and also no food and transportation for employees and shift allowances also very less.

Here in this company we have a very good job security but when it comes to management some people are there who consider everyone in same way either you work hard or not it doesn't matter they'll provide same amount of hike how others will get this hurts more. Other than this everything perfect.
