On brief, Management need to their employees should work in manner that what they are paid for. Chairman of this company will always review everything on micro manner so all the staffs have to work in fear & conscious always. Monthly once early going available but no late coming adjustments.

...ot replied in any of the group within certain time, they'll impose fine min 500. Sometimes they'll put on levels which will start from salary cut 25-75% of the month. Found fines min 1000-2000 for employees for not replying messages within 1hr of Chairman message which is practically impossible always for certain staffs who's doing tight works & travelling... ...loyees have to work an extra hour for free every day without any remuneration. Furthermore, the company expects 5years experienced professionals to accept a salary of 20k, which can be challenging to negotiate. The company's attitude towards negotiation is also quite concerning, as they consider employees to be beggars when they try to negotiate their salaries. The remote location of the accommodation is another significant challenge. There is no connectivity to the town, and no buses or taxis are available, which can make transportation challenging for employees who do not have their own vehicles. This can add to the stress and pressure of working for the company. In summary, while the opportunity to work for this company may be appealing on the surface, the challenges associated with the work timings, salary negotiations, and remote location of the accommodation can make it a challenging and stressful experience. Potential employees should carefully consider these factors before accepting any offers from this company.
