Highly egoistic owner will not allow you to speak, yells at employees, frequently changes in crucial policies like leaves etc. Highly egoistic old senior accountant who will direct everything in office literally like what should be ac temperature, how much tea you should have. There will be comments on your cast & if you are non-vegetarian. He uses bad words.

Toxic owner, very old senior accountant who doesn’t want to leave job, rather than performance how much tea/coffee you consume is more important, no appraisals, sudden changes in leave & other policies as suitable to management. In all Lala company

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
