Great place to work and learn the technology as a fresher joined the organization. Worked for 3 years, great work culture, highly skilled managers and team leaders. Work life balance was also good.

Dislikes

In Conet sol pvt.ltd i have learned a lot about technical skills & developed my technical skills , learned to how face of challenging and the experience were very good the people were very good.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
