Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Lot of pay disparity. Managers doesn't have the people management skills rather behaves like processor. Managers are not considerate at all and that leads to downfall in growth of individual

Good company to work with especially very good and supportive team mates, good work environment. Space for career development and growth. Can manage the work life balance.

Limited space for career growth, Compensation also can be made better

The company provide good working environment to all the employee. The relationship between the worker and the management is best.

Compensation and growth is average. Work pressure make employee discouraged and as a result company have high attrition

Company is working on old technology Doesnt have any policy in place , no hike given for 2 years.

The bad policy , no hike, mangement should think of putting the right policy in place. No per diem given for travel.
