Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .

Never expect salary hike. Never expect anything. Anytime manager will abuse you like and HR never ever ask even if you give a police complaint.HR is too few to manage anything 1:2000 employee in a city

Even though the salary is low work culture is good and I could learn many things by participating and conducting few activities.

No holidays for Indian festivals or US festivals :( No extra wages for working on festivals

...ikes or promotions.. It's all depends on how ur manager begs with their bosses.. If the managers are not ready to beg with their managers there is no hike or promotion for the team. If you work too much.. All the work will come to u only and you will get fed up and leave Cafeteria is pathetic Transport is pathetic

Nothing is here which I can say i like more about the company.No apraisal...always salary deduction as per error on files.And if you do more error weather you are new or old in process RCB bonus will be not paid out ..Management deduct every extra money from your salary...And they always seek for work on time with accuracy ..but no salary satisfaction amd no growth...Pathetic company evwr seen.🙏
