Appraisal will not happen at all Hectic work load and you end up doing same things repeatedly Managers/TL will not know how to handle the situations rather end up making mess.

There is more job security, also my lead too supportive and very understanding person.

The worst and major drawback of conduent is there is no salary hikes, no other allowance. CTC is showing good but take home salary is too worst. I don’t understand where it gone.

Lot of work pressure , no hike from 2 years . No benifits or facility , During pendemic no covid leaves or no internet/ electricity cost and also no work from home benifits . Along with this travel allowance had been stopped .

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .
