Conduent has a great work environment. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. Work-life balance is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary, increment and appraisals are not according to current market standards. The salaries are very low and do not have yearly increments. The company has many skill development initiatives, but the actual learning happens through better projects. That is missing. Earlier there used to be great, challenging projects in the company, but currently, no new projects are coming up. Conduent should invest in good projects so that the employees find the work challenging and improve their skills in that process. And should improve on the compensation and benefits given to their employees.

No salary hike. No growth opportunity. Managers expect employees to be available 24x7. Better to stay away from this company. Sharing experience after working for 3 years in this company.

Salary Bechmark is pretty low. Struggling business hence shaky management Resources Overload. Some positions have more than requred people, some have no availability.

...y dog is gonna do a lot with the information he gathers from my computer screen. Lastly, the pay for all the requirements they put you through is pretty low for IT. Live alone, go through 5 weeks of training, and can't miss a single day in the first 90 days beyond. that. Was told if I wanted to move across the country I'd have to do it on one of my days off. Very bad experience.

They are very behind on salary and technology part, their many systems are still running in legacy technologies, salary correction is very poor, they will not even think of correcting till you resign.
