Instead, they will give a certain fixed percentage to everyone after appraisal. 3. Work satisfaction is also very bad, instead of adding new technologies to your profile, you have to work on very old technologies 4. The recruitment team is the worst 5. Management is completely clueless, negligent, careless, don't know where to go, no roadmap for future 6. All clients are closing accounts, no new clients adding because of management poor decessions and less clarity on the future roadmap 7. Internal politics, In case of firing, they fire good talents so that they can save their own people which is very bad
