...ny, conduent won’t value employee they just wanna do cost cutting that’s it. No learning no growth no good people no good environment and they cheat during crediting salary like for my friends they explained different salary structure and paying them less. Please be careful before joining. Once they give basic more than they will not give any extra benefi.

I feel everything is messy over here. No cab while login, no proper food.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .
