Conduent is quite good in terms of salary package than other companies. But the problem there is 9:30 hours shift and other companies wants 9 hours shift only. But company is good to join and for starting up the carrer.

Have to be on system whole day.

Conduent is a good platform for fresher to start his/her career. And it has got many employee engagement activities that would make all of us feel like we are back at our college days all fun and happiness.

There was nothing much to defend people from getting a job at conduent but from my part the compensation was a issue and thats all the negative i find in conduent.

Collaborating with senior leaders across different countries helps to understand their views vision strategy expectations and help drive actions closer to company goals.

Dislikes

Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Lot of pay disparity. Managers doesn't have the people management skills rather behaves like processor. Managers are not considerate at all and that leads to downfall in growth of individual

Good company to work with especially very good and supportive team mates, good work environment. Space for career development and growth. Can manage the work life balance.

Limited space for career growth, Compensation also can be made better
