The company is open to innovation and technology. I love the fact that I am a part of Conduent team that has a global client base. As a result I get a good health benefits and good teammates and excellent job security over there. Another point is that my colleagues comes from various different background but we learned a lot and work together happily.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is little more slow.Literally we hate about increment and appraisals. If we work hard for years and get a progression in which our designation will change but not our salary.

Earlier it was a good company to work with. Had a good working environment and Job security.

...ple. Currently there is no job security. We may hired and fired after one month. Compensation is OK, but not up to industry standard. Managers do not value individual unique strength and most of the time we feel disgusted.

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

Dislikes

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .

Never expect salary hike. Never expect anything. Anytime manager will abuse you like and HR never ever ask even if you give a police complaint.HR is too few to manage anything 1:2000 employee in a city
