Everyone is treated equally, work-life balance and flexibility is great. Not even single day there was delay in salary.

... is not great, there is no one to answer your doubts clearly about the policies. No one talks about promotion, years will pass you may get designation change but change may not reflect in salary. I wouldn't recommend this company for freshers in Production/superviser/support role.

Work life balance is ok for me. If required we get Work from home option ,that was helpful to me.

There is no salary increament for all staff even if the company has profit. With out any benefit people resigning day by day.And average work ambiance in office struggling to get seat .

Never expect salary hike. Never expect anything. Anytime manager will abuse you like and HR never ever ask even if you give a police complaint.HR is too few to manage anything 1:2000 employee in a city

Collaborating with senior leaders across different countries helps to understand their views vision strategy expectations and help drive actions closer to company goals.

Dislikes

Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Lot of pay disparity. Managers doesn't have the people management skills rather behaves like processor. Managers are not considerate at all and that leads to downfall in growth of individual
