...ikes or promotions.. It's all depends on how ur manager begs with their bosses.. If the managers are not ready to beg with their managers there is no hike or promotion for the team. Error in crediting salary. Missing, carelessness, ongoing negligence in calculation of allowance, 70% of time got incorrect amount and dues pending. Took a lot of time for follow ups. To make matters worse, even the last working day resignation date was provided with wrong YEAR. All these inefficiencies only applies to HR INDIA.

Lot of pay disparity. Managers doesn't have the people management skills rather behaves like processor. Managers are not considerate at all and that leads to downfall in growth of individual

...be ideal. Politics - yes, exists at a very severe level. Career growth - NIL. Salary hikes - never linked with your performance appraisals. Even if you are the best performer in the BU, you don't get a hike.
