Everything specially the HR managers and their work they don't bother to provide the relieving letter and salary on the committed time but always ready to humiliate people for their own benefit disgusting managers and HR team totally people

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .

There is no individual growth no hike no permission even there is no overtime option cab also chargeable which was deducted in our salary no leaves on Indian holidaya and US holiday.
