Main thing in job is to get promotion/salary Increament which i have not reciebed, so nothing which i like abt.

Dislikes

No salary increakent since 2019, its been almost 4.6 years with company and i havent got a single Rupee increament in conduent, dont know if people who are working from long have recieved it but i haven't.

.... the work culture and work life balance is excellent. The Job security is more. The Compensation and benefits are pretty good. you'll be having a good work satisfaction working with managers and team members, they are always supportive to the employees and new hires. You'll be having a great experience working with Conduent. It's one of the largest Business Process Companies in the world

You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

Dislikes

No appraisals. Company is not employee friendly. Salary structure is not tax saving. Benefit policies are also not so useful.

Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

Dislikes

...ry old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . You get to work with old outdated orthodox type of people and your opinion doesn't matter here .
