You can get to learn technical skills however it is domain specific as well.

On time salary Tax deductions will be less compared to other MNC's

The worst and major drawback of conduent is there is no salary hikes, no other allowance. CTC is showing good but take home salary is too worst. I don’t understand where it gone.

Work culture and company standard is good.. but no hike, no promotion from last 3 year.. if it given also very less. Terrible Management, doesn't care about employee's... if you're dying also u should complete given task.. that kind of maturity Management has...

...management are very supportive. Big Cafeteria and medical facilities for 24hrs. Apprasisal is fair but salary is good. company provides bonus every year.
