...management shows their favors to some employees for promotion and giving awards. No increment in salary for the last two year. And they consider new joiners than experienced employees based on compensation.

Transportation facilities and security are good and perfect. Working place and cabin everything is good. Good cultural and sports competitions.

Salary packages and promotions are average. Not fully satisfied with salaries and hikes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very less and work pressure is very high....

Most dislike is salary growth .if you stay till 2years or 3years won't get any increment or promotion

Company is not treating the experienced guys at all.there is no Salary Hike ,no increment ,not giving any value at all.This is a good platform only for the Freshers.

...avery pathertic situation,previously the Company transports was completely free.now if we are aviling that an amount of cash is deducting from our Salary.for special occasions(festivals) company is not treating our employesss,no Gifts,previosly there was yearly gift and all..all the benefits has stopped now.Team should have get some team get together by providing Lunch ,an outing i mean at least one day trip like that...then there mind get relax and they also have mental bonding with the company
