Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Overall company is good, its virtual company so knowledge wise its average. Other facilities like culture and canteen services are great. It has only one office in Mumbai , other offices are located in UK and Ireland.

Dislikes

The salary and work equation is not proper, company has no planning for experience employee. Salary satisfaction is not that great.
