No growth salary not done salary revise still I am working 8year only got 17.5 t hounds only I have total experience 20 year I am not able to minting my family 2clid no medical inurece no surety of family medical so lam not happy

...fs in Cochin (In month end and month starting days it may got up to 16-18 Hrs) . Salary- Low while Compared with other dealerships. Managers- Like dictators, treat employees as slavees Leaves-Company allows Sick/Casual/Earned Leaves, But Managers not approve any of these , if anybody takes without prior approval they were transferred to long distance locations.... I wasted My Golden 5+ Years there...... :-( remember One thing " We don't live to work we work to live".

...moved concorde from Tata... Teammants nd colligues good and frndly relationship. Salary also is given more compare to delaers. I will never forget that Concorde strategy in my life.. thank you Rathan TATA ji...

Concorde motors is best company in supporting the employees. They are righteous in giving the salary in time.

There is politics happening in work places done by some employees in giving positions who have no skills,infact who have skills are degraded by such people.
