...o prevalent. Job profile is not clear. Be ready to work as multipurpose person. With a salary of one person they try to get as much work as which is done by three persons.

Dislikes

No over-time is paid for extra working hours which usually goes to 2 hours per day . No proper valuation of employees performance . It's a sister company of RSPL group so all it's approvals are at RSPL's hand which causes hindrance to your work and reduces your productivity.

At the beginning stage I was quite good and very interested but after the entire admin comes under one director control the becomes only profit motive and no benefit for staff and labourers.
