There are only two negative things in the office, Arpana patel and her PA Darshil Sheth , they are ruling dictatorship, she does not attend or interact with any of the customers, if the customer wants to talk to her she walk away. Every time she and her PA put all the blame on the sourcing team or the CRM team , the whole office knows she is not capable but the management doesn’t take any action. No place for smart and hard working person if you are couple so you are welcoming abd you will get full support from Arpana and her PA

Infrastructure and salary payments are on time, there is no work pressure in the organisation, it is a very good work place.

Dislikes

There is no proper management heirarchy, the avp and sales manager Mr. Darshil Sheth themselves are both doing politics and sit and talk like small kids entire day so there is nothing you can do about it, both are arrogant and have 0 decency and there is lots of politics in the internal structure which makes it improper to work over there.

...so called he manager who don't have courtesy at all to how to talk to employees. The hr head something, Super rude arrogant as if she pays salary from her own pocket money which she gets from her relatives I guess. No unity in Hr department at all. ZERO management. Flooring tiles are put on walls & tiles to be out on walls are put on floor in the main office. From this u can get how attentive & Interested big post ppl are der to work. I've never come across so pathetic work culture where one mistake which is repeated 10 times & is covers by ppl seating on so called designation provided in lucky draw. There is no professionalism, one goon is filled from another site, ofcourse what can u expect from vasai site that to construction. I've never heard of designation process- controller in my lifetime. It has no JD neither any responsibilities apart from interfering in ppl work who actually waana work. This process controller only do bitching & the most insecure person I've ever met. I understand his insecurity. When ur not worth u feel insecure about ppl who are way head capable than you. Management support such kind of ppl. Even if ur working right management will listen to this so insecure person n will force you to work wrong way in a long cut. I will never suggest this place to an illetrate labour also cause he will be literate one around this self obsessed EGOISTIC influenced ppl.

...e oh the best till now, timing is good, staff, colleague, bosses are supportive. salary is also on time. office is also big and spacious. work culture is also good.

Really Good company & Management but as working culture at Suraksha Smart City at site office atmosphere at Vasai site who is holding the position of Sales Head Arpana Patel behaviour is so weird toward others team members she has no brain to take decisions, she cant handle the clients rather she is scared to handle the clients and incompetence to solve the queries of clients literally she ran away from the sale office while clients shouted. She does not deserve the position and each and everyone staff aware, she listens to only Darshil Sheth who knows nothing about sales Actually Darshil Sheth runs the whole sales Office, the whole day Darshil Sheth sitting in front of Arpana Patel desk n gossiping about the other team'member , surprising the Management also ignore Arpana Patel behaviour, Arpana Patel can't handle the team she is just grabbed the position n hold the position. Darshil Sheth is always against others team members n complaint to arpana Patel n she trusts him n takes action against others team members. the main culprit is Darshil Sheth who spoil the sales team, need someone good educated n experience person to handle that's position n carry forward the sales.need to note this form Management it was very bad experience at Suraksha Smart City Just because of this 2 person. So I would like to recommend those planning to join so u have to be chatu like Darshil Sheth than u can survive there.
