It's a trap. The company is all about the owner and some preferred employee. They don't give you salary on time and maybe you will even not get a salary for months without informing. It's a completely corrupt organization. No work life balance. They treat their employees as a slave. Want you to work but don't want to give salary. Even personal space is not considered. Everyone in the company is so disrespectful and bothering. Even the top management is so unreal, they blame Employee for every mishap and take credit of every good task or achievements. Company like these are serious threats to employees, their rights and their mental peace. Will never suggest anyone.

Company Managing Director don't have any moral and ethics. No proper rules regarding salary, 3 months no salary issued, but still wants employees to work for free.
