You will have to generate trainings business by your own without any DA offered or any compensation for expenses for field work means you will visit each and every office for POSH Trainings on your own expenses and ask them to conduct posh training. 3. POSH training is mandatory for all organisations but you will find very rare organisation wants to implement it or want to have the trainings for their employees. 4. Insted of Posh training the content they have is only for awareness not exactly a complete training. They have more PPT slides for their organisation promotion and and work of free sanitary pad distribution. 5. In the name of Posh training you will asked to collect donations to distribute free Women's sanitary pad in rural areas. 6. You will be asked to create event and distribute free sanitary pad for poor women in your city and take photos of that event. 7. You will be meeting personally to each and every office or organization owner and convenience them to have 1/2 hour training session you will be taking those sessions by your own. 8. You will have to visit to government offical at the same time and convenience them to but you won't have any authority from the N.G.O except a offer letter ora visiting card. 9. So over all senario is you will be generating business, generating revenue as donations, provide training, liaison with govt. Official, work on the field and after all if you will not pick the phone incase they will give Termination letter without offer letter. 10. It means you will only get a offer letter until you complete 50 training. Suggestion: It's a risky factor that if you are resigning from an organization and joining them on behalf of offer letter only, they will show you that you will earn this much in a single month. I worked for a month and invested my personal thousand of rupees amount in priting & stationery,generating business, working in the field with my own expenses after resignation from my previous firm as a Sr. Training Manager and bared a huge loss without any compensation. But after a month of resignation you may feel that you have been fooled in the name of Job Opening & on roll job, you will find that even 10th & 12th passed is also a District Program Manager so their is no criteria to justify your designation. I have been working with the concept of living charitable trust for 3.5 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding and peaceful experience. As the head of a team of 230 trainers, I have witnessed many come and go, and while there have been challenging days, the support from the organization has always been unwavering. Even as a freelancer, the support from the trust has been exceptional. Trustee sir has been particularly supportive, especially during the last financial quarter when we faced a significant issue. Thirty-two of my trainers were involved in fraudulent activities, submitting false reports and fake sessions. Despite this, sir continued to trust me, knowing I was not involved in such activities, and gave us a chance to rectify the situation. Additionally, my wife has been involved in the pad distribution project in nearby tribal areas, which has been a fulfilling experience for us both. 'The organization has provided us with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society. For those who are honest, hardworking, and eager to communicate effectively, the Concept of Living Charitable Trust offers a great environment to earn well and maintain a balanced work and personal life. However, those with malicious intent or fraudulent tendencies will inevitably fail here. This organization values integrity and dedication, and I am grateful to be a part of it. A positive environment, Payout on time, Reporting, and everything is a little bit strict but if you will continuously work and adjust yourself, the long-term benefits are good and their process to evaluate for corporate training is also good you will learn many different things from normal market and strategies. Growth and long-term and stable income and work both is possible that is also with feelings that you are doing something good for society.

They don't take action or revert to the people doing bad or involved in such activity or spreading rumors and Negativity across the network and On the internet. The strategy of letting go of everything on Karma is not good for today's environment and today's people, nowadays people are so arrogant and attitude, using abusive language, never coming to say any good things, but very first when it's about to spread negativity around, or finding problems everywhere expect watching their action and behaviors and thought process, as a behavioral trainer I must say, this people are trained well in spreading positivity and doing good for society in any manner even when someone doing bad to you or spreading bad rumors about you. The attitude of Keep going is commendable

ये लोग आपको शुरु में नेटवर्किंग मार्केटिंग वालों की तरह बड़े बड़े सपने दिखायेंगे बोलेंगे हमारे उस स्टाफ ने इतना काम किया डेढ़ लाख बोनस मिला है| आप महीने के 80 हजार कमा लोगे | आराम से कर लोगें आदि इसके अलावा ट्रेनिग के नाम पर आपके दो तीन महीने ख़राब कर देंगे फिर आपको कई GOVT ऑफिस के चक्कर लगवाएंगे | ट्रेनिंग के नाम पर 9 हजार रूपये ले लेंगे |उसके बाद शुरू होता हैं इनका गेम अप्रूवल केवल प्राइवेट स्कूल ,कंपनी का ही मिलेगा ,सरकारी स्कूल का मिलेगा नहीं क्योंकि किसी भी स्कूल की खुद की वेबसाइट नहीं हैं वे GOVT के पोर्टल शाला दर्पण पर ही है| साथ ही कम से कम ट्रेनिंग सेशन में 35 लोग ना हो तो आपका सेशन रद्द कर देंगे चाहे फिर 3/4 लोग ही कम क्यों न हो और आप सबको तो पता ही किसी भी कॉलेज में 35 का स्टाफ नहीं मिलेगा |बाहर से कितने लोगों को पकड़ कर बैठाओगे |इसलिए ज्वाइन न करें
