Mid-level management tends to make decisions based on what they hear from their inner circle/close people, while top management and owners are cooperative and supportive. However, mid-level managers often fail to represent the success of the team with management. They prioritize favoritism and try to dominate genuine team members.

Only one type work, supporting staff, food fasility, traveling breakfast etc No heavy pressure.

Only one type work, no chemistry knowledge aply only cauting employees siting and cauting & primary packing and most negative point no more company like this Gujarat.

A lack of opportunities for professional growth and development. A work environment that isn't best suited.i really enjoyed the teamwork aspect of the job,liked seeing how all the pieces of our projects came together in the end.and this job is something that greatly appeals to me, because i typically end up learning a lot about in capable of when working with others in concept medical.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place.look,mi have many good ideas,and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company.BUt from my position I am not allowed to suggest any Idea for improvements.i am supposed to follow the orders of my superior,and that's it.

We get a good work environment with good argonomics, supportive teammates and staff.

As we are in a growing and developing stage there are many ups and downs as well as a many confusion, but has to be neglected as there are also many positive features
