...uch of work pressure dat you don't have time to get engaged in other activities.if you want to do so you have to extend your working hours,low salaries,low incentives,no appreciation for any hardwork,no growth,on top of dat the managers always threaten of you loosing the job if his part of work not done on time or accurately.

salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)

Employee engagement are not happening perfectly

Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.
