... home for around 1.5 years so i wanna say everything is good about the company.. Stability, and you ll feel comfortable too but salary is low.. Working hours are 10 hour 20 mins that's too long.. If you don't plan your routine you end up doing nothing just do the job and go home sleep. And repeat it's kinda not good for me i need time for my things too.. Growth is too slow.. Its been 2 years no increment in salary nothing.. May be because of pandemic but i must say your job is stable they won't fire you.. So choose what are your preferences. Company is good who want stability but salary is low.. You need to give 1:20 hours extra everyday and i hate this thing. Now you got enough information about the culture now you can decide.. Thanks

It was okay but there is no growth and the pay is also less as compare to other companies...but overall it was a good experience with ibm daksh

Most of the trainers have no manners...there were familier like relatives... Salary was too less.. No personal growth only work work And if you are on contractual basis they will hire you for some time and in the end of feb they will say you bie bie...

... good company to start your career with. I had a really good overall experience. They provide special supplementary pay even if you work at holidays.

Well I don't dislike anything but only the graveyard shifts that will kill your sleep. If you want to make a good career ahead of you, you have to sacrifice sleep. It is also a fully employee oriented company, they really care about their employees and provide yoga, meditation, zumba, etc classes via zoom. If you wish to start your career in the BPO industry please do not hesitate and go for it.

The only thing going for them is the pay, apart from that I wouldn’t recommend working there.

Benefits: please inform employees more about the health benefits they have. Stress was a big issue with all my coworkers. Inform before getting fired. An ex-coworker got fired and they waited until last thirty minutes of shift to fire them. They got sued for asking for unemployment.
