I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. My supervisor are very co- operative, they always make me learn new things. If you want secured job please come to Concentrix.

Job presser in cimpare to salary barely make living. No life balance, No leaves if someone is dying they ask you to work. Management is clueless , boasting their work but no management skill.

For Google process.. It's about the Promotions, Salary compensation and skill development all the dots connected to unstable management.. It's a Honey trap basically They feed You take care of your daily needs and make you fixated at your workstation till you quit..

... place, Even HR's dont care to your issues. They just need 100 percent from you. In return they dont give a $HIT , Salary is too bad . Managers and Sme's on the floor are not helpful. They dont give a $hit about your health, if you need leave you have to stoop so low to them, Bad environment to work no professionalism. THAT PRASHANT, Assistant manager training. Think himself as if He is a God . Even you need to go to washroom you have to ask him as if it is a School or something. I cannot say about the other branches of this organisation. But here in ranchi their is no professional environment of Concentrix. If you want to be a Slave you can definitely join this place. Even the people work on construction site will earn more than you .

Zero work life balance Managers are not cooperating. They will get on your nerves just to take out sales from you. Favouritism at its peak. You'll have to be a suck up to get promotions.
