The company is really very big with its offices accross the globe. Lots of benefits are there. Promotions and growth opportunities are superb. Job security is great even during pandemic people didnt lose their jobs here. company gives gifts on diwali. Transport allowance is there. Shuttle services are there. Neat and clean offices and with good infrastructures.

Dislikes

Salary,incentives and appraisals are very low. No bonuses, no diwali or yearly bonus as well. Transport is also for night shifts only. Shuttle timings are not good. Free meal option is not there and even the paid meals are not that good.

This is the best organisation I have ever worked with. This is none less than the Government job. You will get to manage the work life balance and also receive many opportunities in life to grow

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the organization but if they can hike their basic pay as per the current market standards it will be good.

It helped so many employees at the time of corona and lockdowns. Without any project in hands the company had paid everyone without any work. Best part is the job security

The salary structure needs to be revised compared to other same kind of companies

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

Leaves policies good never hold employees salary . Very low Pressure

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
