It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

...beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. The frame work they use is not openly and widely used and you should learn their way of coding else unnecessary comments and remarks. No appraisal's. No appreciation.. 1 team party in last 3 years.

Hybrid working is allowed which most of other companies also doing. so just don't join for this point.

...ing to send you out within 7 days if they don't see you working extending hours. They will find anyone working within the project with lower salary to replace you or hire low salary person having large gaps from outside. so at anytime though you were hired no job security. So better go for bigger companies which has big corporate as atleast they don't do this as corporate doesn't allow the brand damage. But here in concentrix catalyst management in India doesn't care about brand. Directors and vice presidents send cooked information and stats go to CEO and hide all these things since he is in USA and no way he can get info about how leadership in India doing bad things. Also CEO is new for this wing. About Hikes: Even hikes would be delayed every year by 3 to 5 months to hold all employees for sometime before firing starts.

Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.
