Good place to learn Microsoft products, initially you get trained on the product which you will be supporting. Once you pass the training which can be of 1/2 months you will be live on production to work. You get incentive amount as per your monthly performance.

Salary part and no work life balance.

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

...beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.
