Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-26 hours straight in a day as I have to handle all admin, technical and soft (HK)operations into rotational shifts, Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. I do receive appreciation emails from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal and also there is no job security.

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Job Security, Career Opportunities, Concentrix is the only company that has not provided salary cuts during Lockdown. They are reimbursing everything from electricity bills to broadband monthly reimbursement. Broadband installation has also been reimbursed along with one time infrastructure allowance

Lot of emphasis on innovation, ideas if valid are implemented and you get rewarded for sharing as well as implementation of valid ideas. Lot of training opportunities available to improve us professionally as well as personality.
