Concentrix is one of the best company with such a great decorum and holds diversity too in every aspect if it's culture or languages.

People don't want to go out from such a beautiful place but somewhere they have to sometimes because of compensation and hikes.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
