Good opportunities for career growth however overall experience depends on the account you are working for. I had worked for Avalon project and it was good but after my promotion, I was moved to ApplyBoard account which was pathetic. Third class client, old fashioned methodology, always sound irate and creating unnecessary scenes and firing employees for their own satisfaction without any PIP or warning.

Salary is extremely low, barely 5% yearly increment. No benefits or perks.

...y employee is not able to perform well, the employee will not be asked to leave. They will them to different process nd also at the time of Pendamic for 4 months our company gave us salary and no employee was asked to leave.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

...rement on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.
