It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Colleagues and few seniors are corporative and helpul.

...lways works for their own goods and there is zero percent employee satisfaction. When they need you they will pay you and when the need is over they will throw you out of the company by paying extra 1-2 months salary. I have seen many examples infront of me and felt very bad for them. People are working on the same position from last 2-3 years. Finally I quit this organization as I can't see this type of injustice.

Job Security, Career Opportunities, Concentrix is the only company that has not provided salary cuts during Lockdown. They are reimbursing everything from electricity bills to broadband monthly reimbursement. Broadband installation has also been reimbursed along with one time infrastructure allowance

It is good and easy job to do but you will start to feel insecure as there is no promotion and also there is no salary hike expected. Only way to get a good salary is to earn incentive.

I can get my salary before 1st of every month that was amazing other than that there nothing to say good about the company.

They want from you only work, they won't bother about your personal issues and during the work there would be some one ( men all the time ) for support but they never ever help you purely unless you are a female. You can get the pressure in tons during the work. There is no growth and other opportunities to develop our skills. There is no gym,no outing, no swimming pool. You don't get any physical exercises to be relax.
