The process I was into was Walmart and it was very monotonous and there where many faults with the process, we were not given much help after training period and were thrown under the bus for the mistakes of operations dept in Walmart, so please join other process in concentrix if u want to keep your mental health intact.

Everything alone the company is good and bonus is the only thing keeping you motivated to keep pushing.

Colleagues and few seniors are corporative and helpul.

...lways works for their own goods and there is zero percent employee satisfaction. When they need you they will pay you and when the need is over they will throw you out of the company by paying extra 1-2 months salary. I have seen many examples infront of me and felt very bad for them. People are working on the same position from last 2-3 years. Finally I quit this organization as I can't see this type of injustice.

A great company to start your career, salary structure is well. It's good enough for a fresher plus job security is great because of an MNC company.

There is nothing to speak about the downgrade part of this company.

...ent and support team is good, they care, they guide to improve your performance. Salary on time, when you ask for leave they never excuse unless there is no work load, events are good, overall good experience and personally I would like to say there is lots of opportunities but you have to struggle for that in every aspect. Maintaining of your performance may leads you achieve goals quickly.
