Targets are always the secondary thing but your hardwork and performance matters. All the freshers out there please go for it!!! The only thing I would say that I disliked in this organisation is a typical corporate politics. However, it is everywhere, so it should not be something that matters in your life. Ignore the politics and grab the opportunities:-)

Nothing to like about this company, spent about 12 years here, from my first TL who cancelled my leaves, when i wanted to see my daughter in hospital and gave it to another agent who wanted to attend a pool tournament to the the managers who asked to pay one months salary if i left to the last operation manager who did not assign a medical drop for me even though documentation said so. the higher management should be fired, anyways as they say people leave other people they do not leave organisations. i did the same too. am in a better place now with a much better salary and a much better designation. Thanks to God

Disliked everything about the place. people with false motives. and specially higher ups just there to make and save more money instead of giving to the agents. The manipulation was first class and so were the evil motives of the higher ups. All good people had left, I was the last was forced to leave. You might say this is bad, after spending almost 12 years in the organisation. you know people outside in and inside out.

Night Shift is the only drawback in concentrix as most of the business comes with the US based client. Apart from that, one of the best company to work.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
