Less Salary as per market, appraisal is just 2-3 % for ME (Meet Expectation) rank. No work life balance as it has long working hours. Just just talk for development but never provide time during working hours (after shift timing).

It’s great privelage to working in CNX , management giving opportunities to learn new things for career development programs Nd mach more activity’s like employee mental Nd healthy fitness ,culture activity .

It is a great company for begginers who want to grow there carrer in the kpo business but should just stay for 1 or 2 years

As it is a company which caters to other clients and don't have there own product, the salary and over all learning experience is not great..concentrix has three vs as there company Moto. Value, velocity and visibility. I don't agree that there is a visibility from the management to there employees

They provided systems for working@home and who were in their hometown did not forced to join the organization. No one has lost their job in this critical situation means job security is 100%. Good work environment and supporting management. We have gym and big gaming zone and huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

There is a poor salary for backend processes and appraisal is also very disappointing even after having highest performance rating. Transport allowance is also lower than the other organizations. They are not providing meal.
