... never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret

In terms of work culture & leadership behaviour.This company is perfect. In my 5 years of corporate experience,I never saw a good culture company like this.

Salary is little bit less. & The promotions & appraisals can take little time. You need patience if you want to grow your career in Cnx.

Good work environment and culture. My Team leader is very chip person. But there management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are very low.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is avarage hike and career growth very slowly. I have given 3 plus years and Apply IJP also. But result is negative.

...rt, as per govt rules for may, June and July pf should be deducted for only 10%. As per govt rules, 10% is deducted but the 2% isn't credited to our salary. Apart from these two, everything is fine.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
