When you join this company, you would relaxed as you would habe proper job security but salary that they provide is bad or you can define as poor. If you good skills to conveince and butter your senior your promotion will be done ASAP. I have live experience which I have gone through as I was honest & punctual worked over time still no one gave any incentive nor promotion. So, if you join here put in your mind that butter your seniors.

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

Politics, no one will support associate even HR, they act like they are supportive towards associate. Band 5 and above can do anything like showing , they treat associates like .Even if we complain there will be no action. This is personal experience which I face in last 8 years
